Terms and Conditions


Placing and paying for an order certifies that you have read the following terms and conditions and understand their full parameters. Failure to read the following before placement and payment for an order does not constitute exemption from terms and conditions of sale.

  1. Pricing

All prices are listed before tax and delivery.

Pricing is subject to change without warning.

  1. Packing and Shipping

All prints are packaged with archival materials (clear protective sleeving and archival backing board guaranteed not to cause chemical damage or degrade). Although these materials are certified archival quality, it is recommended that you have your print framed as soon as possible to avoid any possible damage.

All prints are shipped in rigid mailer envelopes to protect against bending or other damage. If your item is damaged during shipping please contact us at sales@jacoblegallais.com, attach a picture of the damaged item, and you will be contacted with further details.

PLEASE NOTE: The vendor is not responsible for any damage incurred to prints once they have been received by the customer through the mail and/or any damage caused to any print by the customer after the order has been received. If such damage occurs, these prints will not be considered eligible for replacement.   

  1. Refunds and returns (if applicable)

All limited edition prints are FINAL SALE. However, refunds and returns will be considered under the following condition:

  1. Item(s) that have been damaged during shipment

If your item is damaged during shipping, it can be either returned for refund of exchanged/replaced. In either case, please contact us at sales@jacoblegallais.com, attach a picture of the damaged item (including shipping materials), and you will be contacted with further details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note: Refunds are subject to approval or rejection at the full discretion of the vendor.

  1. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  1. Shipping for returns 

For an applicable/approved return your product, you should mail your product to:

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

It is recommended that you select a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. Use of images following sale

The artist and vendor will retain the right to all artwork and images sold either as original artworks or as limited edition reproduction prints. This may include but not be limited to the use the digital image of all original artworks or reproduction prints for the purposes of exhibition, digital exhibition, advertising, sales, social media, publication through print or online platforms etc. Additionally the artist retains the right to create further limited or closed editions prints of the same original artworks in differing sizes and/or different colourways Following the original sale, a digital version of original artworks and/or reproduction prints will be displayed on the artist’s website GALLERY and/or INSTAGRAM, as well as any other accompanying social media platforms and/or digital or hard copy print media for the purposes of exhibition, primary, secondary or third party publication, advertising and sales etc.
